I’m in Denver, woo!! And it’s extremely sustainable but also depends on the type of worker you are and what you need from your employer to succeed. I have been working remotely for 3 years, with 3 different companies, and most are based out of San Francisco, CA. Wouldn’t have the opportunity if remote wasn’t available. Blessed to eat lunch and put my boy down for a nap every single day 🙏🏽🥰

I’m in NY and I work remote. It’s absolutely sustainable and works perfectly. I was not always remote. I worked for the hospital for 10 years. I been remote for 2. I moved to Florida and the only person they allowed to work remote full time with the exception of coming into the office 1 day per year. It’s very flexible for me and my family. All my work I did in the office can be done remotely. I can’t see myself going back lol unless I change positions and the pay is higher 😉
