Was it first wee of the day? I didn’t get one with my daughter when I tried at 5+3 and she’s now 18mo. They can definitely be a mindfuck
@J thanks for your reply. I will look into the EPU, I kind of thought they wouldn't want to hear from me unless I have pain or bleeding. I'm pretty regular and track my periods so I think I should be in the right ball park date wise. I read about the hook effect and I was hopeful that might be the case but from what I've read it is quite rare. Need to find some way of keeping distracted until this scan...
@Hollie it wasn't which was a bit of an error, looking at the information booklet it says it should be FMU for dating. Also I have gone back to it about half an hour later and it's dropped from 2-3 weeks to 1-2 weeks 😣 Thanks for the positive story, really going to try to tell myself not to think about it - my mind is just in overdrive though!
the threshold for 3+ is around 2700 hcg your levels might just be lower :) normal range for 6 weeks is 152-32,000 so it’s a huge range! i got 3+ at 4 weeks 2 days x
If you’re worried call your Early pregnancy assessment unit Could it be maybe your calculations are wrong and you’re not as far ahead? Could maybe also be hook effect where there is too much hcg it gives incorrect readings I’m not sure but try not to worry unless necessary
