Drinking body armor and taking legendairy milk supplements pump princess and liquid gold helped me go from under supplier to over supplier pump every 2-3 hours and once a day do power pumping
Drink lots of water and try fenugreek tea
Domperidone, pump princess/ liquid gold, lactation teas, body armour, oats, coconut oil, sunflower lecithin, pumping after nursing/ or emptying, and power pumping 1-2x a day. Use a plug in pump as much as possible. And lots of persistence in figuring out what’s best for you. It took me months to figure out my right combo.

Drink electrolytes, oats boost production (oat milk, oatmeal) lots of water, skin to skin, and latching more. Go to a lactation consultant if you’re not already- they can help you boost supply too!
