You can premix as much as you want as long as it's stored in the fridge and fed within 24 hours. My go to was to pre fill the water in bottles and pre portion the formula in the little Togo dispenser and then just mix and feed. I was lucky that my first preferred room temp. My second liked it warm so I just took a thermos of hot water along and let it sit in that for a few minutes to warm
@Liv do you do a hot shot for the formula first then? Or pour straight into cold?
@Emily I always just poured into cold and shook well and let it settle for a minute for the bubbles
@Liv you’ve been doing it for a while so it obvs doesn’t affect your LO but technically you’re meant to pour into hot to kill the bacteria in the formula but I know everyone does it different x
Sorry to message again haha, just made my milk via rapid cooler as I normally would, put it straight in the fridge don’t leave it go cold? Xx
You can but if you have the rapid cool why do you need to?
