Hi, I purchased this off amazon. I wouldn't recommend this one. Despite the positive reviews I found the bottom band too small even around the 20 week Pregnancy mark. I am a UK size 12 (admittedly on the curvier side pre pregnancy) so I purposely sized up to the large size for size 14-16. In addition my bump and baby are tracking small. It is also a bit uncomfortable and itchy, so I started wearing it over a vest top too. It also made the bump take on a weird shape, so not very aesthetically pleasing with a lot of outfits. From a performance standpoint, I do notice less jiggle. I had to adjust it as well so that the under belly band velcro-ed to the back panel instead of looping around to secure back onto the end of the band so that I had more room. I am sure there are better ones out there! 4 in 1 Pregnancy Support Belt Maternity & Postpartum Band - Relieve Back, Pelvic, Hip Pain, Black Pregnancy, (Abdomen, Waist, Pelvis And Back Support) Black, L 14-16 (90cm-120cm) https://amzn.eu/d/hB2BbTu
I’ve had one from Amazon called Neotech since I was 12 weeks and diagnosed with PGP … it’s supportive and definitely notice a difference when using it. However it is quite bulky so difficult to fit under clothing when out unless wearing a bigger baggy top. I have also used kinesiology tape which was a game changer and lots of ways you can use it on bump (videos on available on YouTube to show you how to apply) That came highly recommended from my physio.
@Megan A private physio also recommended this brand too!
I have this one off Amazon (looks like the same under a different brand that someone else had posted) I was a size 10 in hips pre pregnancy and I have the medium. I find it best to wear over clothing - I have really sensitive skin so the actual back but can irritate the tops of my legs if I go on bare skin. I agree with everyone where they are bulky - but I just think it’s designed to help ease pressure and aches not to look nice so I put up with it and if I need it I wear it. My physio has seen it and is happy with it, she advised going completely under my bump for where I’m getting PGP. I also use it to relieve back pain - my baby lays low when he’s not in position now and tends to pull on the whole of my back. Personally I find a band better for back pain than pgp but everyone will be different! Looking at other comments I’m definitely going to try KT tape and see if that works for days where I want less bulk, just remember very few bands are designed to be worn for extend times
