Weight gain and spotting for months
Birth control takes a lot of trial and error i have heard horror stories about iuds but thats the one im considering right now also i took medication birth control for about 6 months they say if you forget to take it at the same time every day you can end up pregnant
I love the implant, no negative side effects and no periods. Go into it with an open mind. It affects everyone differently. 20% of women get no periods 20% get really heavy or really frequent periods About 10% get insane mood swings and have to get it taken out early I would recommend you get it, and you can always get it taken out if you don't like it. Just give it a 3 month trial. It's pretty quick and easy getting it done, only thing that hurts is the local anaesthetic needle then you don't feel anything.
I had the arm implant twice and it was great for me! Only side effect was no periods the first time (for about 3 years) which was wonderful. I tried the copper iud but hated it. They do all affect everyone differently so one might be horrible for one person and great for the next, and vice versa. Game of trial and error really to see what works best for you
