Completely understand. It’s really difficult and frustrating. One of the things I tried was having lots of ginger in the evening meal I made because it’s supposed to make men feel extra horny, as well as women (google aphrodisiacs!). So did a warming chicken ginger Asian style broth with noodles. Also used to make him a lemon, heavy ginger, honey hot drink. Did all this with a wink wink you’ll like this kind of attitude, even just to get the placebo effect. Then pretend it’s really worked on you and that kinda helped too. Oysters work the same but I didn’t do that - you could though and make it a fun evening having fancy food😂. This is just me, but I also used to buy new underwear every month because panties were his thing - but didn’t explicitly say I’d bought them for ovulation, just “aren’t they so pretty, I just couldn’t resist, don’t you think they’re nice?”. Just got primark ones but I did buy ones that made me feel nice too. Shaving legs too - “aren’t they soft, feel them!”

Not sure if this is the advise that you’re looking for but I changed the phrasing from “I’m ovulating so we got to TTC” to “I’m in my horny phase” and even though it still felt like no choice for me, it helped a lot to see that he was into that and slowly I could get into the mood. It means you bearing the burden and playing some mind games, but hey some would say that that’s a relationship!
