We gave them a card, a box of chocolates for the team, and a Costa voucher for a drink for each of his key workers. Our LO is there full time though! X

I’ve given them some m&s biscuits to share and a card for each room. I have my 1 year old and my 4 year old there. But I haven’t always given anything. 1st year my son was there I didn’t give anything. I didn’t realise it was what people did! Turned up to the parent’s Christmas thing and others were giving gifts. Felt a bit bad. 2nd year I gave a selection of biscuits, hot choc and coffee sachets at the Christmas event. Spent a fortune and I didn’t really see any other parents giving anything. Last year I was so stressed out with new baby they didn’t get anything again. Again I didn’t see many parents giving much at the Christmas event. This year I’ve just gone nice biscuits and also decided to give them last week so they can enjoy them on the run up to Christmas. Not everyone gives something so don’t feel like you have to if you don’t want to or you can’t afford it xx
