To be fair baby is 14m and EBF SOOOOOOO I haven’t exercised to lose the weight… but I do eat extremely healthy and portioned. The weight just isn’t coming off without exercise i guess.
Yes, it’s super hard !!! it’s not easy, I remember when I still looked pregnant even after 1-2 years after I had my son. But what helped was fasting and hcg dieting! Fasting is the key! I never got into the gym much but I heard that really helps too
I also was eating really healthy too! 100% vegan plant based Whole Foods and what helped was fasting just drinking a lot of water everyday. Having my body burn the fat , clean itself helped so much!!! and it’s super healthy for you too

That is not ok for him to say that, I am sorry you are going through this, I say it from experienced that you should have a serious talk with your husband, those comments will definitely affect you in the long term. You need to express how that made you feel and after everything your body went through to deliver his child, he should act like a considerate man and love you regardless.
