Do you get your BD a present from your child/children for birthdays and Xmas?
Regardless of how it ended between you and how much of a father he is do you still get him a gift from the kids?

I do it yo show my son that we are on good terms and we can get along
Absolutely not. He doesn't pay child support, and the one time he got her a gift it was under $40 (he had spend hundreds on his other kid). I've got more important things to spend my money on. But I will get a small gift from her to give to her big brother
Not anytime soon, but it depends on how he’s acting toward me.

If he is involved, I absolutely would. My son’s father isn’t involved and has never acknowledged him so I haven’t bothered. But if he was seeing our son regularly and being a father to him, I would definitely get him something. Regardless of the relationship, he’s still his father so I’d never put my own feelings towards his dad above his relationship with him. Sadly, it’s out of my hands though x
