Snowsuit package size on Vinted
So I’ve sold a snowsuit on Vinted and realised I didn’t change it to a medium parcel and instead it’s a small parcel 😩 I’m now worried they aren’t going to post it or they are to charge the lady who bought it. Is there anything I can do when I take it to the shop to when posting it? It must have came up as recommended as small but I didn’t notice and I’ve just realised while getting the shipping label. I don’t mind paying the extra postage because it’s my error.

Post it explain to the buyer , explain what’s happened and if it is a problem and they charge more to the buyer offer to compensate her ?
Alternatively , if you did it through Evri, have a look at the account and see if you can change it?
@Natalie no because I had to squish it in the bag I put it on as I didn’t have a bigger one

I send everything as a small and they never charge more via evri and they never make the customer pay
I think it's done on weight as well so doubt it will be a huge issue
This has happened to me before and when I sent it, it wasn't an issue. None of us were charged extra
I always send as a small, I only use Yodel and have never had a problem ❤️
