Even If They Change The Due Date, It’s An Estimate. They Dk When Baby Comes. Just Be Prepared Now For Anything. (Go By The Date Written On Your Forms, Not Your Due Date. Or If You Know When You Conceived.)
I Don’t Wanna Say Your Doctor Is Wrong But Regardless Of Your Due Date, Baby Comes When Baby Is Ready. Not By The Doctor’s Choice.
just keep in mind that the finish line is truly between 40-41weeks no matter the due date they gave you there’s no way of knowing when baby wants to make their way out so just relax and trust it will happen when it happens. i’d say when you hit 37 weeks from your previous due date start doing all the natural inducing tricks so you can help baby move down into the pelvis, ripen cervix and all that stuff. stay strong you’re close no matter what week it is.
@Andrea he’s already down in the pelvis and my cervix is 2cm right now. That’s another reason why I don’t believe there second due date. And my other two came at 38 weeks as well. I want my finish line to be then lol. Not 40-41. But we will see. Thank you very much. I know it’s all unpredictable but the weeks really get to my head.
I just had an appointment and I asked about mine too because it was an 8 day difference. She said the new date based off size is just to get an idea of how big baby is. The previous date based off period is more accurate as far as delivery date
