I had bleeding yesterday which I only needed one pad for then brown today

I wouldn't trust these results because of the amount of time that passed. Retake the test and maybe use a red dye one instead.

Potentially, it’s definitely worth taking one and trying to watch it change. When I found out I was pregnant it went almost immediately, if you wait a day or so it might for you too.
