Engaged scale
Can anyone help me midwife said I was engaged and wrote in notes 4/5 but didn’t notice till I left and I’ve tried to google but it’s giving conflicting information

I am currently 3/5ths engaged which means only 2/5th of babies head can be felt and is in the pelvis. Some midwives measure it the other way
I’m currently 4/5 too (well Thursday morning). My midwife explained this as 1/5 of baby’s head is engaged in the pelvis
Yep, as everyone said it's the first stage. I had 4/5 at my 34 week and 3/5 at my 36. Got my 38 week on Monday and thinking I expect at least 2/5 as she's now feeling very low!

So my usual midwife hasnt checked this on me at all, in fact she is very hands off. Whenever i’ve seen another midwife in her place they’ve told me this kind of information. Maybe I should change midwives.
