How thoughtful! I would give a nice warm blanket and socks to provide warmth and comfort during hospital visits/stays.
Maybe talk to her about what foods she likes? I know it’s just the Italian side of me but I always think food helps, or see what she needs like if she needs help with cleaning or laundry. When my aunt had ovarian cancer she used to say it was painful for cleaning….i still miss her a lot
If she’s going through treatments they TAKE IT OUT of you. My SIL has breast cancer and she struggles after treatments. Maybe a gift card for a house cleaner or offer to watch kids or walk dogs or something that could be helpful!
Gift Card with a nice holiday letter and you can write down your thoughts.
Yes! A nice warm blanket, some socks, a cute hat, a small bear. Something that will help her get through chemo. My Dad had cancer and when he went through chemotherapy he was always freezing cold. I pray that she beats that nasty monster but to have support & loving neighbors will really make her extremely confident & motivated to keep going!
Awww that's very nice of you! I'll pray for their speedy recovery! Maybe a hamper with fruits, tea and face masks/things to pamper yourself with?
