Am I the AH for getting g upset that I’ve had to go out on Christmas Eve to go and get my own presents “from” my partner and my baby girl using my own money because he didn’t get me anything even though he’s had all month to? I just feel a bit heartbroken to be honest 💔

Same story every year from so many women. I’d be taking that to mean that we are doing our own presents and I’d never do anything for him. Don’t do anything else for him, not Father’s Day or birthday. But celebrate yourself. Do it all! And when he gets upset, you can tell him that his behaviour at Christmas conveyed the message that we were doing our own shit. Fuck him.
