I've got a scan on Tuesday that I need to cancel because I'm at work. Does anyone have the number to ring please cause badger notes is literally the worst and provides no details.

When I couldn’t attend my appointment I couldn’t get in touch at all so out of frustration I ended up going in to the hospital itself. When I mention it to my midwife she said they even struggle to get through
You can cancel your appointment online on the James Cook website. I only found out when i was trying to contact my consultant :) https://www.southtees.nhs.uk/patients-visitors/appointments/rearrange-cancel/

@Anesu yeah they've allowed me to attend every appointment. I've got no childcare for my 2 year old if I work an early shift so I've had to swap my shift over therefore meaning I can't attend the appointment.

Work should allow you to attend a maternity appointment as this is a legal right. If still keen on attending work instead, try contacting the hospital switchboard and they will transfer you to the right department
