Perfect Prep
Hi all,
I have recently gotten the Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep machine but have realised that when trying to make 4oz(120mls) that the bottle seems to make closer to 5 oz. Has anyone else experienced this?

4oz of made up formula makes equivalent to 4.4oz feed. 5oz, 5.5, 6oz,6.6 and so on. It’s normal x
It’s normal. You’ll always have a little more when you put the powder in. And it’s also quite frothy when it’s fresh
Its displacement. Like when you get into the bath the water rises, the same happens due to the formula power added to the water.

Is that with or without the formula powder? Without the powder that’s a faulty machine go back they should replace/refund. With powder that’s about right as it’s 4oz of water to the powder so it will be higher then the line on the bottle 🙂
