£1250. I wanted a white gold one that was £750 I think but he said he’d rather get a platinum one that was less likely to tarnish so got the same ring but in platinum.
Really shocked by these answers/comments, mine was less than £150 and I was totally fine with that, I picked it myself 😂
We were so young I think it was probably only a few hundred pounds as that’s all he could afford.
Mine was less than £100. Not a diamond, blue topaz. It's beautiful and simple and i wouldn't change it for the world

Probably no more than £50. Not a real engagement ring… more like a ring found on Etsy. It was a placeholder as he wanted me to pick one myself. I was happy with the one he got me so didn’t look for another one.
I don’t know, my fiancée bought/chose a beautiful ring for me and I have never asked how much it was. I thought that would be a bit rude and disrespectful? 🙈
I think it was around £300! I would have killed him if it was more than that. No need to spend a fortune and I absolutely adore my ring! My wedding band was £99 and I love that too!

Just under 3K. Platinum set with multiple diamonds and bespoke made in Italy. I'm not really a jewellery person so found it really hard to find something I liked off the shelf. Also wearing it every day for the rest of my life so why not 🙃

£7k cushion cut from Tiffany’s. I love it and am so grateful but felt a bit sick when I saw the receipt on the certificate. We were saving for a house at the time so I was a little annoyed..

Mine was around 300 probably because we went for amethyst as purple is my favourite colour. My wedding ring was around 450.
On sale for 1,999 I bought it my self , we had no kids and I was earning alot of money so why not
