Potty training
We are starting to potty train. We are on day 3. So far she will go if I ask her if she has to go but only has initiated telling us on her own 2-3 times. She pooped once on the potty but 2 other times had an accident. We are day 3 and have had 4 accidents. Is this good or bad? I can’t tell if we are making progress or not. I’m doing underwear and pull ups over so she’ll feel the wetness but I don’t want to ruin all my furniture 😅

Yes i thought we were going to be potty trained in 3 days but its definitely a process, but it gets easier! Its not just new for them but new for you too so give yourselves grace!

Were about a month in, we started the friday before thanksgiving we had pee everywhere since hes a boy and i saw a mom say naked from the waist down for the first 2 days was the eay to go, WRONG!!!😂 but my son still doesnt tell us when he has to pee but he tells us when he has to poop so a win, but i think its because dad and I freaked out cleaning him after the first poop in his underwear and how to get it off then it fell out on the floor, it was hectic😂 but We need to initiate every pee, He tells us while hes peeing but at that point its too late. Keep at it, you start to learn their frequency after a while like every hour-2hours. were doing underwear only. The first week or so i kept sheets on my rug and didn't even let him on my couch. Were down to maybe 2-3 accidents a week.
