What are you guys doing to potty train? Or if you've done it already what did you find most successful???

Reward system worked for my son. There are these $1 little cars they sell at Walmart. I got a bunch and variety of those along with other little “prizes” that I was giving him for every “poopy on the potty”. Sometimes the prize would be a sheet of his favorite stickers. I always gave him a choice between 2-3 prizes to choose from.

Imma have my fiance do the training to show him how to like guys do and to help him out is what I was suggested by my friend who has a few boys
