Is anyone potty training or getting ready to? Would you like to see the token board I made to help my kiddo with it?

So everytime my kiddo successfully goes on the potty he gets a star and 5 stars he gets a trip to a kid zone place. I also have a timer for him to watch on the potty to help him sit still. I taught him the sign for it and after about a week he started signaling every once in a while.

We have been talking about starting for months. We just have to pick out a potty. She’s 14m and signs diaper and will try to take it off when wet so we figured it’s time to start.
