Potty training
I waited a bit too long but I am finally on day two of potty training. So far she did amazing and sat so many times throughout the day and peed every single time. No poop. She used to poop twice a day in the diaper and she is telling me she is scared to poop. I feel so bad. Also she always naps 1 to 3pm and falls asleep at 9pm but she is falling asleep way later and cries since we started all of this and she is still up and talking in her crib now at 10.30pm. Did anyone have same experience or similar?

Are you using diapers at nap and bedtime?
I had a friend whose daughter had a hard time pooping once they started potty training… she had her sit on the potty with the diaper on a few times and poop… then one day she cut a hole in it and had her poop again sitting on the toilet. It helped her not be scared. Is she using a diaper during nap/ bed time? The crying could be because she’s leaning something new, or just be a sleep regression. Don’t worry about doing it too late! We just did it a few weeks ago. And I’m sure there are plenty of others who haven’t started yet! You’re doing great!
@Gabrielle yes we are doing pull ups for naps and nighttime.
