Birthing balls

I also came across people recommending babygo on TikTok, also great reviews on Amazon. Love how it comes with a book for guidance on different positions on the ball. I do think it’s quite spenny for what it is, but can always find them on Fb market place/vinted etc. I didn’t end up getting this as my sister in law kindly gifted me one she had just basic one called opti which is good and does its purpose. I just go on YouTube for ideas on different positions to do x

Dont search birthing ball - look at yoga balls etc bit more sturdy.
