Metanium worked great for my little boy! Although , the health visitor mentioned that it is being discontinued so not sure if many places will have any left unfortunately! xx

You can still get the Metanium barrier cream, this will help too or Weleda 🙂

I have managed to find the metanium barrier cream online but i can't find the original so it must be discontinued already

What do you use to wipe? We had to ditch wet wipes pretty sharpish as our little one went red very quickly, had to revert to damp cotton pads with sudacream after every bum change x

Do you go straight from nappy to nappy? Ours can be a little red sometimes but goes within a minute or so when we leave her nude between changes xx

We use wet wipes. Most nappy changes results in little man peeing everywhere so his little bum gets a lot of air in between nappies

Currently going through the same thing. Maybe try sudosalve, bepethen as well? For us didn't work, but maybe for you it might x

Metanium is the miracle ointment

Clean him with cotton pads and water and dry him with the dryer a few times and it will heal. Our gp recommended this and we’ve done it a couple of times to keep the nappy rash away.

I highly recommend kit and kin nappies. Really breathable with no toxins, super kind and soft to babies skin - I’ve used them for both my girls and they’ve been great. Nappies like pampers have plastic in them and can make them sweat etc.
