2 or 3 depending on the day. I do 150ml of whole cows milk!

2- one first thing and last thing before bed I can see he’s been decreasing the amount he drinks in the morning lately so hopefully this one will drop soon

2 8oz of Alpro growing up oat milk. Usually only drinks 3-4 oz before bed. I could probably drop them however I give it to him when he gets dressed so he doesn’t scratch his severe eczema x
