Settle in time in nursery

I work in nursery’s and as a standard you normally have 2 settle sessions on 1hr and one 2 hr one the week or 2 before they start they may ask you to do more if they think your child needs it if there a bit unsettled still. Xx

We have two, two hour sessions a week before xx

My daughter starts her settled next week and I go back on the 13th 😭 she's doing 10-12 on the Wednesday and 12-2 on the Thursday. I didn't think that was enough so I asked if it was my anxiety and the childminder said yes, they think she'll be fine 😂 (I know the childminder btw). Plus the week after I start back at work (3 X days), I'm on a course so will be away from her for 5 X days, it's going to kill me!!

Following as I start back the same day and my little girl is so upset with anyone other than me and her dad 😬 We’re easing her into some time with her Nana/Nanny who are also going to have her a day a week each…. I know she’ll probably catch on quite quickly that it’s fun, but her reactions currently have got my anxiety through the roof 🤣 I was planning to start in Feb but maybe I really am going overkill and too anxious haha!

My little one starts next week and we had his 2 settling in sessions before the nursery shut for Christmas. His first session was 1 hour while i sid paper work. The second session was an hour and a 1/2 when I wasn't there. I am a little Nervous as he hasnt had any Settling in Sessions since before Christmas.
