Its normal and the reasom you should only test at the same time everyday. Your HCG is concentrated heavier at fmu and so weak in the afternoon, its to be expected

@India my bad I made a typo I put 11pm instead of am, these tests were taken around 30 minutes apart only difference one being dipped (top one)

Yes, it's most likely urine concentration. I'm having the same issue, but mine is still going up each day.

Yes 30 mins apart means the 2nd one will be low concentration of hcg

It’s best to check every other day at the same time of day if you want to keep an eye on the line progression x
