Low PAPP-A
Had a letter to say I’m low in PAPP-A, I’m panicking! Anyone else had this?

I've been told the same. I've been advised to take aspirin with my evening meal
I had this with my first pregnancy but not with my second. My baby was always 50th percentile on scans but ended up being 11th percentile (6lb 1). However it caused no issue with my pregnancy and he was absolutely fine. They only started checking for it about a decade ago so it just helps them to keep an eye on growth. Nothing to worry about x
Same here. I am taking aspirin every evening and have growth scans later on just to be sure. So far no issues.
