I started combo feeding mine around 5-6 months. I was breastfeeding so I would pump and mix it with the formula. Adding more breastmilk than formula to start. Once he was open to that just put more formula and less breastmilk or in your case milk.
@Mo thank you ❤️
@𝓛𝓮𝓷𝓪 ✨ thank you! I'm so over stressing over supply so I appreciate the advice!
Get yourself a double fetalplus handsfree pump and the different sized flanges for it. You can wear that thing at work while you're working. Just don't do downward facing dog because the milk will spill then. Bend at the knees. Make sure you pump for the same amount of time each day too to avoid engorgement. I was wearing it while door dashing. Would pump for 3 hours, then wash it. Took a break for two days and on the 3rd day was super engorged. Don't do that.
@Jessica you pumped for 3 hours straight??

Hey boo, idk what to answer on the poll, since we just doing breast milk now. But when I was doing combo a month ago, I would just give it separate, I liked it better that way but whichever way should be alright, in the NICU they did both way. And mine did not but then again he is open to anything. But try little by little cause baby might not like it, you can also get the brand milk that’s like breast milk. And don’t feel guilty love, just keep pumping while you doing combo. Or start a starch to catch up while doing formula. Just be positive as long as baby eats you doing great. Good luck mama.🫶🏾
