Advice

My 14month old is completely on whole milk now, every few days he's sick once he goes to bed. When he's sick it looks like scrambled egg I presuming this is curdled milk? Should I just drop his milk completely what do I do?

Stop giving him milk, it’s clearly making him sick and messing up his immune system. I don’t think young children should have cows milk at all, it causes more harm than good from what I’ve observed and experienced.

You were me about a year ago. I took away milk and bottles and went cold turkey. And if he does have milk in cereal etc, I use semi skimmed. Well I say I went cold turkey, I did with bottles. I offered semi skimmed in a sippy cup about half hour after his tea. So no bottles or milk in the bed time routine. He had it twice and then wasn’t interested. As long as they’re getting enough dairy in their diet then you’re fine to stop x

Yeah. Toddlers don’t need cows milk replacement. Cows milk essentially does nothing compared to what either formula or breast milk did for them. A lot of people have dairy intolerance’s anyway. Which is fine because he doesn’t need it. I would get either toddler/protein drinks/formula. If you really want to replace breast milk/formula. But if not just stick to water and drinks with electrolytes. Healthy food diet, etc.

@Karis I have a cousin when she was a toddler she was very intolerant to dairy, gave her diary and made her feel like shit and have diarrhea
