Cleaning/Sterilising Electric Pumps?

I’ve been cleaning, sterilising and air drying my momcozy electric pumps inbetween every pump (every 2/3 hours). Is this what I’m suppose to be doing? Or should I just do it at the beginning/end of every day? I feel like all I do with my life is clean and sterilise these bloody pumps 🤣🤣

I personally only cold water sterilise in the morning and then I just use an antibacterial wipe in between uses, but I have the Madela pump. I have also heard of people putting the cups in the fridge so any milk that may be left can’t go off xx

This was me until I read someone else’s post! I now sterilise at the end of every day. As above comment, I put the covers on the milk collectors, and place in a caddy liner bag, into the fridge until my next pump.

I have the mom cozy one and I need to wash and sterilise it rn to use 😭😭 it’s so annoying every 2 mins! My midwife said just sterilise every 24 hours and try use it more often but the thing is after I pump there’s always a little bit of that milk left in that doesn’t go in the milk storage bags so idk whether to rinse it out before using again instead of sterilising x

I have two sets of flanges, I swap them after half a day. I use breastpump wipes between sessions. I currently pump about 8 times a day

I put everything in the fridge and just sterilise once a day 😊
