Yeah I had to pay at both. Barring my growth scan, she just gave them to me that time. But I had my 12 week at Selby and 20 week at York and had to pay at both x
They print in the room and point you towards a machine which accepts contactless x

You do yes, I think you tell them when they do the scan and then you use a machine to print them.
