How long were you 3cm and 70% effaced before going into active labor? (I know every labor is different just curious!)

I believe about a week

Under 20 mins with 1st, started pushing about 5 mins later with 2nd, around an hour with 3rd. Most people dont progress as fast as i do though, and it takes a LONG time for me to get to 2/3cm then I do the rest instantly xx

Like 12 hours

I found out I was in labour when I was 3cm lol that was about 11am (ish) and when I got back to the hospital about 10pm. I was 5cm lol I had her at 7cm dialated at 1:23am the next morning

Never! I was 0cm and 0% effaced at 41 weeks with my first 😵‍💫 and then had a planned csection with my second so no checks were done.

I was 4cm for about 5 hours (after being induced) then went to 10cm in the space of about 30 mins

First baby I was 3cm for 2 days. Second baby went from nothing to birth in a few hours.

Weeks.

A week or so. I had weekly appointments my last month because of my “advanced maternal age” and at my last appointment my doctor told me it was very possible I’d go into labor on my own before my scheduled induction the next week. I didn’t, but my body was obviously ready. Had my bloody show that morning getting ready to go to the hospital. I was at 4cm when I got there. Induction drugs began at 9:00 AM, my son was born at 3:17 that afternoon.
