@Sophie yes I have been told I’ll have extra scans and I have to take two aspirin every day to increase blood flow to placenta. Mine was only just below at 0.37 so they did say they aren’t overly concerned but it just worried me a lot initially. Thank you though that’s very reassuring x
@Amy they never actually told me what mine was so that’s another thing that differs from health boards. Ah yes aspirin was in my list. However I had to take that the first time round because of my family history.
I had it with my second. I had to have extra growth scans but everything was fine. Not every health board tells a mum if they have low Papp-A. I’m in south wales and was told, my cousin is a midwife in west wales and told me they don’t tell their patients if they have it. Have they prescribed any medication? I was on all sorts for my second because I had a bad first pregnancy, so I can’t remember if I was on something specific for it or not x
