Baby chewing the dog toys

Feeling like a terrible mum over here but I didn’t notice my dog go and get his antler (he gnaws on these) and he dropped it in the middle of baby’s toys without my realising. I only noticed it after my baby was chewing away on it happily 🤦‍♀️ I know very soon he’ll he trying to literally drink out of the dog’s bowl but should I be concerned about germs right now? He’s 6 months and is army crawling all over the place so I’m sure this won’t be the last time something like this happens no matter how observant I am 😭

No it happens, i think he should be fine 😁

My 7month old had got one of our dogs toys literally a millisecond so it happens. I wouldn’t worry, we don’t have to sterlise water etc for them at this age so I don’t see how that would be an issue!

It’s actually good for their gut to be exposed to a wide range in f this stuff x

My little girl literally chews the dogs ear and grabs his paws to put in her mouth 😂 I think you’re fine! Just make sure you wipe what you can! As long as dog has no diseases or conditions that can pass to humans and isn’t on a raw diet ur fine!

🤣🤣 don't worry! My little girl attempts to eat the dog and in turn he licks her mouth - just all fun and games for both of them. You'll look back at this one day and laugh 😃 take some pics to show him one day 🤣
