Not been paid nursery fees
I claim nursery fees back from universal credit after submitting receipts I was a little bit late in uploading them last month so I knew o wouldn't get them on last months payment which set me back a little bit, but they said they approved them last month and they have still not been put on the statement for this months payment or even this months nursery fees haven't. Has anyone else not had it?

@Becca it was only a day late of my assessment period so I know I should get them just wouldn't be part of last month payment. The first lot have been verified so I don't know why they're not on my statement and I messaged them as well 2 days ago 😩
Hmm sounds like you're doing the right things. It's not an excuse but I know things are really backed up after Christmas leave. I would put another message on and maybe mention that it has put you in financial hardship which is causing anxiety.
This happen to me last month - I had a message in my journal to say they owed me some money and went in couple days later x

Send your case manager a message through the journal under the payment category. They oversee all of the payment side of UC and should be able to provide some clarity. You should also be able to see in your journal when they were verified or if they weren't why not. If there is no automated message then it is likely they haven't been processed yet and a quick journal message to clarify should do the trick. If it was really late reporting it may have to go to a decision maker to determine if it was reasonable which can delay the process but sounds like that isn't the case.
