Birth notes
Hello! I wondered if anyone else had requested their birth notes through the RFI system at Telford? I had my little boy there in September 2021 (have since moved away) and requested my birth notes via the form in September 2024. I haven't heard anything back yet so have sent an email this morning - I just wondered if anyone else has ever requested their notes and how long it took to get them? Thanks in advance!

@Emma I’ve just tried to find when i did receive it but i can’t. but it was roughly a month or 2 after! maybe because of christmas there is a book log! did you put your correct address as you said you moved? hopefully they will email you back ☺️xxx

I had my girl september 2021 at telford & requested my notes the 28th May 2024 and I received them in the post i want to say june/july. there was a back log but i did receive them really fast xx
