Health visitor questionnaire

My little one is 26 months. I'm just wondering when the 2 year health visitor review is, do they send a questionnaire in the post for this?

Following! As we are in the same boat, LO turned two at the end of November, but we haven’t heard anything yet, on the NhS website I think it says between 2-2.5yrs … so I’m just gonna wait to hear from them, my friend got invited to an in person appointment but I dunno if each area is different?

I'm wondering the same - my son was 2 in November and we've not heard anything 🤷

Hi yes they do and if you have any concerns they will book you an appointment either one to one or a group one xx

I had my questionnaire in the post with an appointment time. Hopefully they will come through soon X
