Feel like an idiot. Does anyone know how to send parcels at an evri drop off?
How do you send things with evri? 😫
I just sold my first item, clicked to print label at drop off point. Went to the machine and vinted now only has the option to download the label not print it. I tried to scan the download but it's not picking it up. The machine says to scan a qr code or enter the 6 digit but I don't have it 😭

Sounds a bit silly but are you at the right drop off shop for the right courier? I’ve never had an issue with scanning the QR codes before so just wondered if it could be that? ☺️
Can I just show the downloaded label to the staff and they take the parcel?
You should have a bit on Vinted that says Open Digital Label when you’re on this screen (can’t show you as I sent my parcels already today). When you open the label you should be able scan the qr code into the Evri machine. The staff can usually help if you’re stuck
Have you downloaded a print label or a qr label!

Once you have the digital download you can scan it and a door at the drop off should open then you just put the parcel in with nothing on it. The delivery person will bring the label. But if the qr code isn’t working I’m not sure
