Being a mom is lonely

I wish I had more friends where I lived. I love being a mom but it’s so lonely sometimes especially a stay at home mom.

Hi

I know how u feel I'm a stay at home mom

It is lonely! I recommend To do Mom-baby groups, there are many mom groups in town!! I used to go to the Mom+ Baby T.EA at Winnie Palmer, also the Advent health Mommy bunch in different locations and can recommend lo reach the local libraries (every city has their own story time) I met some moms this way and once in awhile we go to story time or a coffee. I'm back to work now so my time is very limited but I'm sure you can do more during the week with SAHM

@Cassie it gets so lonely! I love being at home but I just miss talking to adults my age

@Manuela my son is 10 months are those type of things geared towards his age group. I know the library has a lot of toddler/preschool age stuff but not too much for my sons age group

@Roni i take my 6 month old to tiny tales in 2 different libraries all the time! Baby Bunch and Mom TEA have different age restrictions but I think it's 12 months!

@Manuela which libraries do you go to if you don’t mind me asking

@Roni same

@Roni If you go to the Orange County library website you will find all the events. I do Downtown and Ocoee bc are the closest to me
