It depends what you class as Cheap = poor quality and minimal tested depends on baby’s height and weight also age as rear facing is always safer car seats are Halfords and majority Argos are rubbish , 5 point harness is the safest and anything Swedish tested is a great hit your better of posting in uk car safety group for a fit check and seat budget

Haven't looked at reviews but we were looking at the graco stages car seat for travel purely because it's not isofix and can be secured using a seat belt. It does rear face too.
Go on Halfords and Argos they have ones starting cheap and great quality. Some don’t have isofix but have a double buckle seat belt secure strap at the back so a lot easier to take in and out x
