Sending my love to you from across the pond. You’re doing incredible. 💙💙💙 In the UK, we have perinatal mental health teams who are there to support mums going through a difficult time.
I can relate so much i was in the same situation when my girl was younger best advice i can give you is that it does get easier specially as they get older !!! Is there not anyway you could spend some time near where his dad lives ?
@Skylee thank you , it’s so hard to look foward to it getting better when it’s so hard rn but thank you for the words of encouragement
Completely understand! These dark days are so dark that you really dont see a lighter day ! But I promise you they will come brighter than you even though!!! Just keep pushing through you got this girl !!!!!!!
I’m not sure if your state has the same programs, but there’s a state ran program in Missouri called “The headstart program”. It’s basically free childcare during regular business hours that is accredited through the state. I hope this might help some ❤️
I’m a single momma too and I can tell you it gets easier mama it does get overwhelming and hard but it’s worth it keep your head up and stay strong 🩷🩷
Sounds so hard. Many churches offer free "Mother's Day Out" once a week for a half day, or a discussion group or Bible study with coffee and free child care. Your love and sacrifice for this little baby will eventually be rewarded.
I remember these days. It’s going to get better just believe that it will. If you don’t believe in Jesus, I would definitely recommend that you find a relationship with him. He will give you peace. He will give you joy he will give your baby everything you guys need.
Sending love from Australia! I’m a single Mumma of a 5mo boy with no support around too. It can be exhausting and draining. I can only remind you that every smile and every milestone is just for you and that is pretty special
I can relate. Go outside .
It will get easier. I’m so sorry. If you ever want to talk let me know. We don’t have the village we’re supposed to & it’s not right
@Danii thank you 🥹🤍
@Leah thank you so much Leah🤍
@Rachel yes I am trying to get in the habit of going to church and worshipping in . It’s hard I love Jesus I have just lost sight a little 🥲

I feel this so much! Sending you lots of love from the UK Single mum to 3 children, youngest being 4.5 month boy, who’s never met his dad. It is sooo hard, also his family have never bothered. It does get a little easier. I’ve got 2 older ones so trying to remember to tell myself that too. But also feel so over stimulated, overwhelmed, exhausted etc, and just has to get rid of my car as the gearbox went, soo feeling pretty shit but I don’t do talking so when the HB visits I just say I’m fine which isn’t good but, if you have someone to reach out to, reach out
Hm , be strong
