What about tickets to an event/activity? Maybe something he's had his eye on like shoes or a jersey from his favorite team?

Etsy is always awesome. I get great personalized gifts from there.

What about a pampering spa day including a nice lunch or dinner? Or even an one night camping trip? Or maybe one night in the city with a walking tour of some sort?

My husband asked for a remote control car for Xmas, a little random but he was really pleased with it!

Me and my hubby for the last few years have done experiences; make your own rings or pottery, indoor sky diving, hot air balloon experience I found a keyring company that also accepted photos of your children's hands and foot prints and put them onto a keyring with my handwriting saying the kids names and dob - think that was etsy or not on the highstreet I did a tshirt with an embroidered picture of him and the kids for father's day one year, they can even embroider the sleeve with names if you wish

Specialized "gin" glasses? Cute nicknames or dates or funnies. (Your personal style). Football jerseys of his favorite players. Tickets to a game A date night.... Finished off With a new recipe you want to try using his gin? (Just based on the two points you gave about him. Is there anything else he's into? Or really likes? Getaway for a trip of some kind he's always wanted to do that you would enjoy doing with him?) Random childhood toy or game he loved .. that you could bring back and do together as a family?

Experiences. I always invite his 3 besties. And he invites any extra dudes he wants. One year I booked for a Virtual reality experience. Paintball. And a fishing charter boat. Every year he’s done something w friends, and l I’ll take him out on a date night separately, as he does for me. We’re not really into gifts we just see as more clutter. But living life and experiencing new things to do is always fun. Helicopter ride, or a ticket to the local racing arena he’s been also.
