@Michelle It certainly is, thank you. Hope you're okay too 🤗 x
Yes I’ve had this! I simplified my life down. : “try to cultivate your own garden”, and so what you can and is within your power to do 🏡🤍
@J 💃 love this, especially the end bit 😂 think I need to do the same. Thank you for putting a smile on my face x
Yes it’s been hard recently! It doesnt help that I keep seeing people on social media who seem to be doing a great job and I feel like I’m the only one who can’t keep up. I’m trying to remember that it’s all just a phase and will pass soon!
We’ve all been there. Go outside, get some fresh air. This won’t last forever
The house being a mess really grates on me, I feel like I can never get on top of it. I’m forever hoovering yet crap still forms on the carpet 😂🥴
I’ve been feeling like this on and off probably since my LO was born 🥴😅. @Oliwia mentioned social media and comparing yourself to others .. I was doing this constantly and it made me feel so much worse. So in the new year I deleted Instagram and I’ve found it’s eased part of the struggle ! So I would 100% recommend taking a break from socials if you use them! I just found instead of scrolling in my spare time I’ve been able to just relax a bit, watch a programme, read a book, just have some down time! Really hope you start feeling a bit better soon 💛💛xx
I can relate to this. LB is still up loads through the night and still breastfed so I’m constantly exhausted. Lost my job so that’s a huge stress. House is a tip constantly which I find so triggering. Seem to have lost all of my friends. It’s tough!
Good cry music and an early night mama ur doing amazing . Life of a working mum is hard, I spent half year like this but trust me it will get better. Here if u need to rant
Absolutely feeling all of this myself and have done for weeks… it’s the hardest time of life I feel trying to juggle everything some days are amazing and great then days like this happen again and again. Your not alone it will pass ❤️
