Car seat!

How do you know when your baby grows out of a car seat? I didn’t even know that was a thing I thought it was when they were a toddler that’s when you transition

The manual for your specific seat will tell you the weight/height limits. Just be sure to read it carefully because once they hit one limit they’ve outgrown the seat. If for some reason you don’t have the manual just google the name of your seat + manual and there should be a pdf version online.

Yes it’s in the manual, but basics would be height & weight requirments for that specific carseat!

The manual usually shows you, but I transitioned my daughter into a bigger car seat around 2but still had it rear facing and then at 5 1/2 she switched to a booster seat because she outgrew the other one completely. She’s tall for her age so that’s why. the kids can be different which means they can stay in longer sometimes in other ones. But I would take what I say with a grain of salt cause I’m not a professional.
