I have pcos and I wondered what I could help to get pregnant because it’s been 10 months and nothing! I’m ovulating but my lines are never really dark dark!

They won’t give you anything until you have been trying for 1 year x

Gutted 9 months and still nothing
I took vitex, Myo inositol & Maca root Vitex I saw the most change I got my periods back and ovulated Depends what pcos you have, inositol helps with insulin resistance
What is vitex
Was you successful and I do ovulate each month but I don’t think my lines are strong enough and I’m just not catching.
Chasterberry, do some research and make your own decisions whether you want to take it Yeah I had a baby boy in April
Same here, been trying for over a year. I have started using conceive plus ovulation support and it has good reviews so will see how it goes
