On the struggle bus with screen time, wi tee, and potty training.
He has to be naked to use the potty or he just goes in his pants. It’s insanely cold out and he only wants to stay out for a little bit at a time even though he’s usually a big outdoor kid. He doesn’t play with any toy for more than 5-7min at a time. I’m finding myself resorting to screen time to help with potting and the constant running and screaming for no reason because he’s cooped up. I’m not a huge fan of the indoor parks. We’ve already had the stomach bug once.
I’m also struggling with screen time and potty training. I read “oh crap, potty training” and joined numerous groups. We made some progress, plateaued, then regressed. We do lots of coloring or painting, play-doh, and reading. I’d like to toss the television set on the curb! I hear ya!
