Do you take anything (meds, supplements, teas, anything at all) for a low libido?

I had my second child a year ago and I also have PCOS. I've never had a huge sex drive (in my teens I did, but who didn't?). It's causing some marital issues. We are currently in sex therapy to sort out some other issues. But after asking my OB, she told me I could try some supplements or teas to help boost libido (and may help with PCOS symptoms as well). So anyone who is willing to share what they've done, I'd greatly appreciate it!

What supplements or teas do you take for PCOS? Do they help your symptoms? I have PCOS too, struggling with not having a period naturally. All my doctor prescribed me was metformin and I take myo inositol

@Libby I'm on the highest dose of metformin that can be prescribed. I also took inositol when I was trying to get pregnant, but stopped when we were finished expanding out family. I haven't tried it yet, but I plan to try green tea and spearmint tea. I've read they help with the bloated feeling and the weight aspect of it (both of which I deal with).

I’m also on the highest dose of Metformin. Did you get pregnant while on Inositol? I also struggle with weight

@Libby no, inositol didn't help me that way. I had to take it a step further and go on extra progesterone. But the inositol did help me lose a few pounds, which is always helpful in ttc with pcos. If it isn't too personal to ask, are you currently ttc?

Can I message you privately so I’m not blowing up your comment section

Of course!

I've just started taking maca root and fenugreek gummies that are meant to help increase your libido because since having my son I have zero sex drive whereas before it was high. Now I could happily never have sex again so I'm taking these in the hopes it helps so I can go back to enjoying sex again

Keto diet and exercise

Cannot stress this enough, maca root!!

No thank you

ashwagandha and maca root also staying active
