Headlice
My daughter has had headlice since August 2024. We've tried various treatments, we comb her hair (and ours) every other day with nit combs, make sure all bedding is changed regularly, quarantine toys etc. It's driving us crazy having to keep doing all the treatments and combing.
Even when we've tried the 'single use' ones we don't seem to succeed. I literally spend half an hour combing her hair every other day.
A couple days ago we found zero lice or nits. Today I found two full size. Where are they all coming from?! She goes to nursery but no one else seems to be having trouble like us (or admit to it) Does anyone have anything they can recommend as it's so expensive to keep buying treatments that don't seem to work

Have you tried washing her hair and combing her hair before washing the conditioner out? Also I remember when I had them years and years ago and my Nan used Lenor.
When I had lice as a kid, my mum used an electric nit comb that would give them electric shocks - might be worth investing in one of them :)

Do you have tik tok? The reason I ask is I have come across people who do professional lice removal and some of the kids have extremely bad lice and the afters look amazing. Might be worth seeing if there's anyone near you or travel to someone if you could
